Delivery

STARTONIGHT makes every effort to accept and process orders and will attempt to deliver your order to a home address or other address in Romania, according to the delivery option you selected.

STARTONIGHT will try to dispatch orders as soon as possible and in the order in which they were placed. Our aim is to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days of confirmation. Although we aim to deliver within the time frame stated, we would like to inform you that delivery may take longer due to events beyond our control, but not more than 30 calendar days from the date of order confirmation. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

Before placing your order, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time. Immediately after placing your order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation email containing the estimated delivery time.

Return

STARTONIGHT guarantees a full refund in accordance with section 5 of the Terms and Conditions (Order Cancellation) provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when received. This means that the items must not have been damaged or soiled.
