Who Has Access to Your Personal Data?

We do not transfer, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes outside the STARTONIGHT group. Data transferred to third parties is used solely to provide the services listed above, for example to delivery companies for product shipment, media agencies for newsletter distribution, and credit rating or debt collection agencies for credit checks, identity verification, and debt recovery.

How Do We Protect Your Personal Data?

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation, and unauthorized access. Our security measures are continuously adapted in line with technological developments.

To ensure maximum security for card payments, all payment information is transmitted in encrypted form. This means that data is sent via a secure connection and your personal details cannot be read by third parties.

For card payments, we work with an authorized payment service provider who assists us in verifying directly with your bank whether your card is valid for online purchases.

Our payment service provider processes your card details in accordance with the international PCI DSS security standard, established by VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, and JCB. This ensures that your card details are handled with a very high level of security. When paying by card, we reserve the right to perform identity verification.
